Service and eligibility
LumaSignal is operated by Nova Tech AI Limited for adults aged 18 or older. Using the app constitutes acceptance of these terms where permitted by law. Do not use it if you disagree. It provides optical pulse estimates, sleep observations, meal-photo estimates and sourced educational summaries, not disease screening or clinical measurements.
Health limitations
All results are estimates, not clinical measurements or medical advice. LumaSignal is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. Do not use it for emergencies, medical decisions or medication changes. Seek a qualified healthcare professional for symptoms or concerns; do not delay care because of a result. Sources do not endorse this app.
Paid access
The initial face capture can run without payment, but results require paid access. Premium is governed by the Subscription Notice and the exact offer Google Play displays. Eligible weekly plans include a three-day trial; yearly plans have no trial. Do not assume an offer is available until Google Play confirms its price and eligibility.
Your content and AI
Only upload content you have permission to share. Do not upload sensitive or identifying material unnecessarily, misuse other people’s information, disrupt services or evade access controls. You retain your rights and authorize processing needed for your requested function as disclosed in the Privacy Policy. AI can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Third-party terms and regional availability apply to provider-dependent features.
Availability and consumer rights
Functions depend on compatible hardware, input quality, connectivity, Google Play and external providers. Features can be unavailable during outages, maintenance or regional restrictions. We may improve the service and will provide notice of material changes where required. We do not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted access or fitness for medical purposes. Nothing here excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

AI regional availability
AI-related features may be unavailable in regions not supported by the AI provider. Check availability before purchasing. This notice does not override provider terms or your mandatory consumer rights.
